Ouuccchiieeee...hot hot hot!!
Okay - I'm an azz... DH is cooking tonight so he went to the store and came back with some spices. I saw the little bottle of red pepper and decided to open it for him (you know remove the plastic seal) and then for some asinine reason, decided to taste it (it smelled good and I love red peppers)...missing the part of the label that said "CAYENNE"!! 
Now my tongue is on fire and I can't get rid of the hottness...I don't even LIKE spicy food so I feel like I'm breathing fire right now!!
Heeeelllp!! How do I get rid of hottness?!?! I already tried drinking something sweet and brushing my teeth/tongue...
