We are on the cusp of that now. I'm not ready to put her straight in the tub which I know a lot of moms will say.

We have the inflatable duck tub by munchkin which we will use next.

We used the Primo Eurobath for a long time (toddler tub side).

DD stayed in the infant tub until she was over a year. After that I was comfortable putting her in the big tub. We put down a rubber mat for her at first and she's not too wild so it was fine. Now we don't even have a mat but our tub has a nonslip bottom.

I have this bath ring I got at buy buy baby. Dd is 19mos and still in it. But I saw on pintest people using a laundry basket which is a cool idea. Baby can't move around that much and the laundry basket keeps the toys from floating out of reach. The holes in the basket let the water flow through.

I'm going to look into the laundry basket idea. She's a pain washing her hair lol. I wish she would fit in the baby tub forever

We went from the infant tub to an inflatable tub inside the real tub. At almost 17 months, she's still in it!

We moved to this inflatable duck tub that I bought from BRU... So far she screams while in it bc she's not used to sitting in water- but she does like sitting in it without the water tho lol! We put this inflatable tub inside of our regular tub.

The bath ring seats have been recalled in the u.s. So you won't be able to get them at Bbb anymore. I ordered one on eBay - it's a life saver!

Was it recalled recently? I thought they were recalled too and then I saw one at bbb and purchased last August. It's called Idea Baby and made in Italy.

Btw I can totally see how this can be tragic. Sometimes the suction cups aren't fully stuck and when dd was about 9mos she leaned for a toy and fell forward. I was right there but still she went face first into the water. You cannot even turn your back. That's why I think the laundry basket is a good idea.

Around 1 year we put DS in the regular tub. It's a little slippery, so we bought a non-slip bath mat (clicky!). DS adjusted quickly and loved having the extra space. He moves all around the tub now to play with his toys. For us, I didn't want to buy another product to take up more space, so it was just easier to transition to the bath.

DS stayed in infant tub until 1 and then just to regular tub. I got a large footmat so it wasn't slippery. It's fine, i don't leave his side and i never filled it too high.

I bought an inflatable tub and blew it up... it provided no more room than the infant tub. I immediately deflated it and sent it back. Didn't even try it. So i bought a mat for the real tub and just moved in him there... this was at like 10.5 months.
He did great in there from day 1 and honestly, I wish I did it sooner, I think he is actually better off this way!

They were recalled last June. But like everything you have to use common sense and parents were leaving their kids unattended in the bath. Idiots.

We stopped the infant tub at around 8 months and went straight into the tub.
