ummmmm, beautiful! It looks sooooooo good. I remember when you bought that house, it is simply amazing all the blood sweat and tears (and $$$) you have invested to make your home soooo beautiful. I hope you enjoy many many margarita's this summer in your new beautiful backyard!

Thank you everyone! We are more then thrilled with how everything turned out. We love it.
We have thought about getting shutters, maybe next year. 
And yes we are getting handrails.
Sod in about two - three weeks and hopefully the stairs in the back will be done by then too.
This was a bigger project then we thought it was going to be, but we are very very happy with it. Lot's of you remember how our house looked when we bought it and this is such a transformation for us. Hopefully we can finish up other large projects over the next 5 years. (Fence in backyard, siding, windows & sunroom on 2nd floor).
