Our offer was accepted!
We saw a house today (okay about 6) but we fell in love with one and put in an offer.
It was accepted!
Now we wait and  that nothing goes wrong with the inspection.

Congrats.
We had an offer we put in accepted last week. The Engineers Report came back good and the contracts were faxed to my attorney yesterday. Now the sellers agent is up my you know what wanting to get the contracts signed. Hope it goes fast for you.
Where is the house?
