Our offer is accepted!
Ok, so we came to the agreement of 272K (which is us mortaging on 244K).
Tonight we are signing off on the verbal agreements and placing a good faith binder through our attorneys. My DH called our inspector to see how his schedule is, hopefully we can get him in by next Tuesday and then hopefully we can get to contract within 3 weeks.
I'll feel less nervous once the contracts are signed. We are at least 1/3 there...
