Our Gender is official...
So at our 12w sono they told us they were 60/40 convinced that they had the gender correct. To me that was 50/50 still so I wasn't banking on it. Then later on in the scan they told us that the baby was peeing and they were more convinced on the gender.
Fast forward to this past Saturday, DH and I jumped on a train to go down to my sister so she could do a scan and tell us the gender officially. I had my anatomy scan scheduled for today but thought my sister telling me would be a little more special. She isn't trained in doing the Anatomy Scan but she could DEF tell us the gender.
Well, it's a  and we are so excited!!!! We aren't revealing it on FB/Instagram/Twitter just yet. He was proud to show off his "schmecle" (sp?) to us and DH was proud of his son's "schmecle".
We waited to tell the parents until Sunday and did so with a video of the sonogram. The parents LOVED it and they all got to hear the heartbeat. I'm 1 of 3 girls so my dad is beside himself to finally have a boy in the family. We are even naming him after my dad (which is also DH's middle name), John and the middle name for DH's uncle, Niklas (it's the Swedish spelling of Nicholas).
Had my Anatomy Scan today and they confirmed one last and final time that it's a and now let the shopping begin!!! Baby is perfect and I cannot wait to meet our son!!!!!
