Our beta fish died today
I came home from work a little while ago and noticed him floating. He was alive earlier, so I don't know what happened. He had a clean tank, I fed him today. The little guy was only about a year old. We were just talking about fish at work and one of the girls said she couldn't believe how long her fish has been living for. I think I jinxed the poor guy by saying the same. Nicholas is upset, he said he lost his best friend  Emma is going to be really upset, she sits on the counter everyday to say "good morning Legolas"

Aww...that's so sad.
I had a fish when I was younger and came home from school to find out it died. My little brother took it out of the water saying it needed to breathe

awww, we were thinking of getting Edward one...so sad...may he rest in piece....Did you give him a burial at sea?

Emma hasn't noticed so that's a good thing.
I meant 9 months too. They average a yr. Get a different fish. Some fish live MUCH longer. Someone at like Petco can tell you which.
