I would love to win this for my grandmother. Just last week she lost the love of her life, my grandfather after 61 years of marriage.
She was strong for all her children and grand children through the wake and funeral and I would love to have something to give her to represent her 4 great grandchildren.

My mother-in-law deserves to win. The woman has a huge heart. She took our entire family in after our house was destroyed by Sandy. She helps with my two kids and never complains. My son wakes her up every morning at 5am and she dresses and feeds him. My boys are truly loved. But she is just a loving woman to ALL. There is a man with special needs that comes into her store and mentioned that his birthday was coming. My mother in law made sure to get him a gift he wanted and gave it to him on his birthday just to make him smile. She is truly selfless. With all the love, support and kindness she gives, I would love to be able to say she won a gift because of her wonderful traits. She never asks for anything, not even a thank you. She truly deserves recogniation that she is wonderful and I and my family are blessed to have her in our lives.

i would like to nominate myself. I'm pregnant with a 3 1/2 year old and have been getting ready for the new baby and taking care of my little one with little help from my husband since he has been so busy with work that i think i deserve just a little something. I'm trying to be there for a close friend when i can and my sister too, and probably could do more for them, while still taking care of my family.

My mom would LOVE this. After being displaced for a month after Sandy we lost my father.

Our worlds have been turned inside out. I'd like to see my mom smile.

My mom is more strong and independent than even she knows. She sacrificed a lot to raise 4 kids and give us everything we could want for. As an adult, she helps me immensely with my own child. I couldn't have done have of what I have done in life without her.

I nominate my stepmom. She's been my "mom" for over 25 years, even though she and my dad divorced years ago. I would not be who I am today without her!

I'd like to nominate my Aunt Carol. She is an amazing woman with strength I don't think I'll ever know.

She unexpectedly lost her oldest daughter at only 19 years old, her middle child is suffering from Anorexia and a comorbid mental illness and my uncle has been in and out of the hospital in serious condition with a rare blood disease for the past year.

They struggle with money and I know something like this would mean so much to her!

Wow! so who do I nominate??

My mom has been my mom and dad. Sacraficed so much for me and would probably make this a grandmother necklace! She is the most generous, kind hearted person I know-she never does for herself-ever! Always makes sure everyone in her family-immediate and extended- has what they need and more! I could go on and on----

My aunt-my 2nd mom!--battled breast cancer this year and was in the most positive spirits ever! I can't believe how strong she was and still is-totally amazing! Blows my mind, really does.

My grandmother--my twin! She is my heart!

If I won, I would def. have to buy 2 more!!! :)

My mom means the world to me & it would make her so happy! She lost everything during Sandy (like so may others) but she is grateful that what's really important can't be taken away.

My mom is such an amazing and strong woman. After almost 20 years in recovery she has learned how to be a wonderful mother to me. She will do anything she can to help and is selfless in her job as well as to her family. She is a wonderful grandmother and making new memories with her that she didn't have with me when I was a baby. I love her to pieces and she really has become my best friend.

I nominate my mom because of her truly selfless nature. Her father died at 16, my mother who was going to graduate early and earned a full schloarship to St, Joseph college choose to mgive it up so that she could work and send her 8 year old sister to catholic school. She is the first person to volunteer herself to anyone who needs her and pushes herself to the point of exhaustion. She, at 65, still work close to 50 hours a week but makes time to be with her grandchildren. She would give you the last dime in her pocket and go without for herself. She is the kind of Grandma that would buy her grandkids clothes and not pay for her medication (she is a diabetic, insulin dependent). Everyone calls my mom when they need someone to tell them that everything is going to be ok, she just has that soothing calming tone that puts every one at ease. Plus she introduced me to my DH
