Has anyone personally or heard of anyone receiving the wrong sex of their baby during a Level II sonogram?

This happened to my aunts niece. They told her she was going to have a boy and she had the shower and everything. Well they deliever a healthy little girl! When I was PG I was on the fence about finding out beacause I didn't want that to happen but we decided to find out and their was absoutely no mistaking we were having a boy. The next PG I dont plan on finding out.
