OPK's,BBT, what else can i do?
For the last 5 months after my MC ive been using OPK's and doing my temp every morning. I just bought the CBEFM and started using fertility friend. What else can i do or take to increase my chances?

wow, not sure there's much you missed. Stay away from lube, unless its pre-seed.

Ive been taking pre natals for the last 6-7 months and dont drink coffee or soda...so caffine is very limited. I may have to try the pre seed. Thanks so much for your help!
