Hey girls!
I am new to this site. My DH and I have been trying for a few months and nothing. I decided to buy a OPK last night. I just got AF last night. My cycles are long (37 days)
When is the best time of the day to test on the sticks? Can I test in the AM? I rather not have to bring them to work. Any info would be great! Thanks

Welcome! I have longer cycles too and have had good luck with the Wondfo opks because they are really cheap so I can test a lot. I always started testing at cd10 just in case, even though I never got a + before cd17. I would test once a day until they seemed like they were getting darker and then test 2x a day (morning and night) until I got a positive. They say afternoon pee is best to use but I have had success with morning, afternoon and evening pee. You just want to try to get at least a 3 hour pee hold. Good luck to you!
