What is the difference between an OPK and a fertility monitor?

Which one do you prefer and why?

Opk tells u positive or negative whether ur ovulating or about to. The monitor, u test most days from fairly early on in ur cycle after AF and it gives u 1 of 3 readings, low high or peak. So u can tell more when there 'might be a chance'. The biggest difference is the price: opk's depending on which u get, are say $50 a box (digital smileys i think are in that range) where the monitor can run u $200 PLUS the sticks each month are about $45. I use both.

100% the monitor. I used the OPKs and it took me 6mths to get pregnant, though I miscarried. After that I used the monitor and it only took me 2mths. I love the monitor because you use FMU and it gives you more fertile days. I swear by it..
