opk questions (3 questions) -UPDATE
I have been using the opk's for the first time this month.
Questions 1: I have been testing in the morning when I get up b/c it is the easiest time for me. Is testing at another time better?
Question 2: I am on CD 14 and still no Positive. If I have a 29-30 day cycle when is the latest day that I should O?
Question 3: Is there anyway that the strips could be wrong and not show that I am o-ing?
UPDATE: Thanks for your responses. Got my postive this afternoon, I waited until then to test.

Re: opk questions (3 questions)
hi!!
1) I read on the instructions that the best time to test for ovulation is b/w 10 n 6 pm. However, some girls say that doin it in the morning is fine too as long as you do it at the same time everyday.
2) I'm a 30 day cycle and due to stress last month/travel I didnt ovulate till the cd 20..so just keep testing
3) I think they are accurate... so keep testing and I'm sure u will get ur positive soon
good luck!!

Re: opk questions (3 questions)
I have a 31-32 day cycle & O on the 18th day, so its not too late. Everyone is different and can O on diff. days & you can also O on different days each month. Keep testing...

Re: opk questions (3 questions)
I have also read that testing between 10 and 6 is the best time and that is what I plan on doing for this month.
I kept testing and never got a positive last month so I am planning on testing as soon as I am finish my period this month and keep testing until I get my period or a BFP if necessary this month.

Questions 1: I have been testing in the morning when I get up b/c it is the easiest time for me. Is testing at another time better?
I had tested 2 times a day for a few months. Always got my + in the AM. That being said...some ppl tell you to test late. As soon as you have your cycle figured out, the best thing is to have sex BEFORE the test shows +... so I honestly think either will work.
Question 2: I am on CD 14 and still no Positive. If I have a 29-30 day cycle when is the latest day that I should O?
There is no way of knowing. The most dependable part of your cycle is the latter half (LP). I've def had very late day Os. By very late... I mean in the mid 20s.
Question 3: Is there anyway that the strips could be wrong and not show that I am o-ing?
They work for most people. If you have something hormonally wrong... i can imagine it not working. I missed my O date w a digital kit once (I like the non-digital the best).

Re: opk questions (3 questions)
1. I test in the morning and when I get home from work.
2. You should be Oing around CD 15 or 16.
3. I have a 31 day cycle, and O on CD17. I always think the strips are faulty, and then I always get a + the day before I O.

Re: opk questions (3 questions)
If your schednule is consistent then there shouldn't be a problem with testing. I'm pretty sure that the only way that you might not get a proper result is if you had PCOS.
