OPK question
Totally cannot remember how they work. I know I have to not urinate for 4 hrs and test in the late afternoon/early evening for best results, but am I supposed to avoid drinking fluids as well?
If I am starting tonight, say I want to test between 5-6PM, do I stop peeing and drinking at 1PM?

Yeah- I'd stop at around 1 or 2. You do want to avoid drinking much because it will dilute your pee.
