OPK question
why is it better to test at night rather in the morning. You dont drink anything for more than 4 hours and you dont pee for more than 4 hours. i just dont get the reasoning. Can anyone explain?

I think the hormone that the OPK tests for (the LH surge ) can be better detected in the afternoon , your body does not have the surge in the AM

The hormone synthesizes in your body during the day... so its best detected in the afternoon.
If you test in the AM you will still get a +OPK, but you may miss part of your surge and only get 1 day of +OPK instead of 2.
