OPK and a can of soda question?
Do you think having a can of soda during the 4 hour window before taking an OPK would dilute the results?  I also had something to drink about 1 hour to half an hour before my last pee before the 4 hour hold. I did have to pee really bad about an 1.5 hours before my 4 hours were up. Thanks!
ETA: I usually have soda during the 4 hour window but not usually until the last 1/2 hour of the hold. I really had to go this time!  Usually I don't as much, if at all.

I don't the 1 can of soda would make enough difference to alter the results.
