OPK

So I figured this week I would test 2x a day to see if I can pin point my Smiley face. I'm on CD24! Last night I used the CVS brand where you look at the test and control line. The test line looked to be the same as the control line. (according to the package that would be a positive, right..) SO to double check I did the clearblue OPK which i use every morning and its was a empty circle...

Has anyone had this? I can see why the opk with the lines can get confusing.


Just venting.. My cycle has been off so i'm not surprised. Cycles have been 33 days and last month 44 days.. ugh! on BC i was 28 days like clockwork.

I've only used the smilies so I can't help you with the other opk. But I just wanted to say that you shouldn't freak out about not having a positive by day 24 if your cycles have really been as long as 44 days. Good luck!!

I've been using the Answer OPK (not digital) and the ClearBlue Easy Digital OPK as well. I have noticed that the non digital lines get darker than the clear blue. I had to do what you did last week and take a digital to double check. IMO I think the non-digital test line probably needs to be a little darker than the control line.

Thanks... I'm not freaking out. Just venting because until my body becomes more regular it's like a guessing game when my "O" day will come. I feel here is the only place I can talk about "O", urine and any other TMI topics..

I just felt like venting because at least you girls would understand
