OPK
This is the first month we are not just winging it and going to really try TTC with some science behind it! I bought an OPK but not sure when to start testing - AF came a week ago, but it starts very light (like spotting) for 4 days, then one day heavy and another couple of days spotting. Do i count CD1 as the first day with spotting or when it was heavier? not too sure when i should start testing!

CD1 would be the first full day of AF, not spotting. Typically how long are your cycles?

about 29 or 30 days long....AF lasts for over a week though. so weird when i was on BCP AF was much heavier for a longer time.

about 29 or 30 days long....AF lasts for over a week though. so weird when i was on BCP AF was much heavier for a longer time.
Going off BFP can make your cycles screwing for a while. How long have you been off BCP? Since your cycles are normally 29 days you should start using OPK on CD12

i've been off since october - it took a couple of months but they are regular, just really light except for one day. Previous BCP i had a heavy AF but that was 12 years ago lol. thanks for your help!
