OPK ????
Ok since I have to test in the middle of the day/night, should I drink water? or should I not drink much liquid so my urine can be more concentrated? does this make sense lol or should I just drink what I normally do during the day (coffee, water, diet coke for lunch)

When I read the OPK box it said that I had to hold pee for 4 hours. And that the last 2 hours I was not to drink anything. Obviously not in those words, but you know what I mean lol. Goodluck!
