opk - retest or wait?

I got a negative opk this morning...but now im feeling slight discomfort in my abdomen...maybe (hopefully) a sign of ovulation? should i test again when i get home from work, or wait until the morning (which is when i normally test)?

I've heard that as you think you're getting closer to ovulating, it's a good idea to test twice a day because your surge could be very short and you could miss it. good luck!

If you were going to ovulate today it would've showed this morning.

Chances are very slim you'd miss your O if you test every 24 hours since a surge normally lasts about 36 hours. But, if you want to test every 12, that's your choice. I think you're fine waiting until tomorrow morning.
