OPK & Deanna's plan...
Sooo I got my smiley this morning on my OPK which is CD15! WHOO HOO!!
We have been following Deanna's plan and Bd'd on CD 8, 10, 12, 14 (last night). Now the plan is to Bd tonight and the next two nights, skip a day and then again (CD 15, 16,17 & 19). Does this look right? And do you girls always Bd at night? Was thinking of a little afternoon delight, but worried about being active after. Also was thinking it might be helpful just incase there is a small window to conceive (12 hours)?
Any thoughts??
TIA!!

yup thats what you have to do
with regards to with the time of day
we always do it at night - they say it usually takes a full 24 hours for the sperm to be at full strength

Once BD the few days leading up to +opk. Once we got the +, we did it a few times a day during the next 2 days. If you can squeeze it in, why not? good luck
