working too me...
you may want to visit optonline.net as they have a status indicator..which means nothing causes i'm sure its not real time...

ok..i was consused about what you said...
there sites are down
mail is still working if you use a program that supports pop3 email which means the mail servers are still up...
i thougghgt you meant the internet and thoght you were on a different service to get online...
