opinion please
Okay...on the subject of coffee.
What is your opinion?
I usually have one medium cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts (or home made instant) with skim milk a day. When I get my BFP, what do you think I should adjust it to? Should I stop all together? Go down to a small? Continue as I have? I am not much of a Caffeine soda drinker, I usually just do flavored seltzer at home anyway.

well you have to do whatever you and your doctor are comfortable with. Most dr's will say that 1 cup of coffee a day is totally fine.
I was never a coffee drinker but did drink diet soda and tea. I, personally, decided to cut out caffeine completely but it is definitely and individual decision.

I felt that one small cup a day was fine. But then I did some research which seemed to indicate that there was a very slight increase in miscarriages in mothers who had caffiene as opposed to those who cut it out completely. It was a VERY slight difference and I don't know if it's even true.
DH would prefer if I cut it out altogether so I am willing to make the compromise of one half reg/half decaf cup a day.

I drink 1 med cup of coffee in the am, i small cup of tea in the afternoon. I do not drink soda or anyother caffiented drinks. When i get my BFP i plan to drink 1 med cup of 1/2 reg 1/2 decaf of coffee.

I'm a believer in "everything in moderation". I will continue to have 1-2 cups/day.

Same. I only have one cup a day as it is and some weekends I don't have anything.
