Open Fire Hydrants
Did your neighborhood open them?
We had one in front of my house growing up and the fathers on the street always opened them. We knew when they were going to do it, we would hurry up and jump in, and had like 10 minutes till firemen came to shut it off. I have not seen one open in a while though. Today would be a perfect day

When i lived in queens they were always open ! ohhhhhh what memories !
