One last sunroom pic...
I have been lazy about taking pics of the finished project inside-- but I had one from when I was testing my camera's battery..
For those interested in seeing the change inside..

thanks everyone.... It is amazing how large of a project this was, considering it was an existing room.
To answer some questions...
The color is BM Rustic Taupe. We didn't change the color when the room was re-done. We absolutely love it, but definitely needs to be in a bright room because it is a dark color.
And yes, we needed a permit AND the town made us re-do the property survey and CO as well.. We did not make any changes to sq footage and the foot print of the house is exactly the same, with the except of the size of the columns. But I am sure every town is different.

BTW, just wanted to also shared some BEFORE before pics... These I took when we were here for house inspection a year and a half ago when previous owner still lived here.
