On to another RE!
I met with Dr. Copperman at RMA last night and I really liked him. I was expecting him to have no personality but he was great. I explained what happened with my cancelled cycle at SIRM and he pretty much agreed that they missed my ovulation because I wasn't monitored closely enough on such high doses of drugs.
He did a sono and saw a few follicles and afterwards told us that he was ready to tell us to stop trying IVF and think about DE but he couldn't because he saw four follicles and he really wants to try to retrieve some of my eggs to see what the quality is. He said it like it was a challenge 
He's going to use the flare protocol and not use as much meds but monitor me very closely. Now I have to request my records to be sent over. I just don't feel confident with SIRM after their slip-up last week. I still want to go to their acupuncturist, so that wil be awkward!
The funny thing is that my bosses wife went to Copperman's prom! They were dating back in 1977. I only mentioned it when I was leaving and he really blushed. The very funny thing is that he bears a striking resemblance to my boss!

this is great news!
I am glad to hear you're seeing someone new. I absolutely agree with you that after that slip up, I wouldn't feel comfortable going there anymore either.
there is too much at stake here and too much money involved and too much emotion involved to have a "mistake" like that

Good luck! I saw Copperman for recurrent miscarriages and I really liked him and felt they were very thorough and monitored me very closely.

I saw Copperman during my first go-round with IF. He is amazing. I was really happy with my treatment with him and at RMA.

So far I am impressed with RMA and it doesn't hurt that they are a "Center of Excellence" on our insurance and we don't even have any oop copays.

He was my second RE. I really liked him and the only reason I left RMA is because I thought Cornell had something different to offer. I really like their Garden City office.

I had a wonderful experience at RMA. Although Flisser was my primary RE I saw Copperman as well. Good luck!
