Are you on 50mg? What is your diagnosis?
Sorry it didn't work!

Re: on clomid for 2 months no progress
yes 50mg.
There is different diagnosis. One doc is saying that its unexplained infertifly while two other docs is saying that my DH has low motility.
If the two docs are correct im thinking clomid will not work; am i wrong for thinking that.
Anyone have a DH with low motility and have clomid work or what did work for you

Re: on clomid for 2 months no progress
I did 1 month of 100 and 1 month of 150 with only 1 egg (I make that on my own)
I then took a month off, and then did another month of 100 and got 3 large follies.
It could take another month or 2, talk to your Dr about how long you will try this method before looking into other options.
Good Luck
ETS: The Clomid is for you, to make better eggs and sometimes more eggs. If the issue is more on DH's side then I'm not sure how Clomid will help. But f it is uneplained, then the Clomid may help.
Are all of these Dr's at the same office? If so, I would ask them to get together and come up with 1 conclusive answer for you.

I am not sure why you would take 50 mg clomid again if you didn't have sucess on it. As soon as they determined 50 didn't work with me, I moved (taking it now) 100 mg. If your DH have low motility an iui might help. I would try to get your doctors together to discuss a plan.

Re: on clomid for 2 months no progress
Doesn't matter what the issue is: Clomid gives you more and maybe better eggs. It increases your chances (even with not-so-great sperm).
I started on Clomid 100 X2 months (1 unmonitored) and then did Clomid 150mg. A poor response was judged by my RE as only 2 eggs. 3-4 Follicles would start each time, but only 2 made it to a nice size.
Next step is injections.
I have yet to see if it works.

If your husband has any sperm issues I would definitely suggest clomid + IUI. My DH had 2 SA, one came back low motility, and one came back low count. So, we decided to do clomid + IUI, and I got my BFP. I think clomid alone may not help since DH had some issues as well.

Re: on clomid for 2 months no progress
I was unsuccessful with 50mg and 100mg but finally produced a follie at 150mg - so hang in there. I would also suggest that you speak with your doctor about increasing the dose if you're not responding rather than trying the same amount month after month.
IUI + Clomid sounds like a good option for the issues you stated.
Best of luck with whatever you decide!!!!!!!!!!!

Clomid did nothing for my unexplained IF. If there is a MF issue, IUI might be worth a shot.
