On a TTC break
Just when things seem at their lowest, things got worst. We were just about to go into contract with our new house, when my co-op fell thru at the last possible moment. So baby plans are on hold for possibly a year, while we try to sell my co-op in the worst market around. I am truly upset especially since I'm not getting any younger, so adios to all, hopefully in a year or two I can catch up with you all on the parenting board.

Good Luck, I have some friends in Real Estate and they say the best way is to slighty under price and people will fight over you!

That really stinks. I am floating in the same boat for financial reasons. I agree with te above poster about under pricing. If you list a great price it WILL sell. And you'll be better off than continuing paying your maintenance and things. Best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you a quick sale
