OMG there was almost a jumper on Rockfeller Plaza..
I work in 50 Rock. He was on 30 Rock at top of the rock. SCARY!
Police were just able to talk him down.

that's what we were saying, but observers who actually saw him up there, said he looks YOUNG- in his early 20s at most.
we couldn't see him..he was on the other side of the building..we just saw everything else going on.
