Update:
First I called and got hung up on!
I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor
Tomorrow they are coming with an upgraded cooler (I needed a new one anyway) and a new bottle
I will also not be paying for water for a while
I am still grossed out and thristy

When you get your next delivery make sure you check all jugs for miscellaneous floaters
