OK...need help...
Understanding what is going on.
This is my first month temping. My temps are still normal, i also have become a science experiment in the morning with the OPK. Here's my question...this morning i took the OPK - Negative, temps - no change...however got my EWCM. Is this possible???
Is this normal??

THe EWCM comes before you ovulate. The temps will go up after ovulation.
I have been having some issues with temps because they seem to be all over the place. I dropped my thermometer the other day so maybe I broke it?

yes keep dancing-if you are temping on FF or something you need three sustained higher temps before it will tell you your O date. In the book TCOYF, she says that O is usually te day after the day of peak CM-this is the stretchiest CM you have. I have found this to be true for me either the day after peak day or two days after.

Just want to add too,
Make sure you read the directions on when to take to OPK. Some say not to use FMU, but to pee on it in the middle of the day to catch the surge.

It's the Clear Blue Easy and says you can pee any time.
