We are still waiting until after my doctor appointment on May 7 to tell my dad, MIL, grandparents and FIL. We'll reveal to them on Mother's Day!

This is what we did too (DS was born 12/20)
I gave my MIL a frame with 3 pictures, 1 was her oldest son's 3 kids, 2nd was her middle sons 3 kids, 3rd was a picture of a stork saying baby XXX arriving Decebmer 2007!!!
