OK tmi but....
When do I count CD1? AF came today. She is not knocking full force... but it is there. Would you count tomorrow as CD 1?

I count CD1 as red, full flow bleeding.

In REI world, Cycle Day 1 is first day of full flow before midnight. If its only spotting, then that's not full flow, there for not CD1.

I have the same issue. I count my non full force day as CD1.
