Ok someone help me find a dress!!!!
I need something for this wedding on Sept 6th.
I dont want to spend a ton of money cause I will probably never wear it again.
I am so bad at shopping online.. and there arent many options in the stores in terms of empire waist or maternity dresses.
Ill be about 22 weeks at the time of the wedding...

The Liz Lange for Target line has some very cute stuff for under $60 - If you're only going to wear it once or twice, it's an option .........

did you try NY and Co? they have a REALLY cute dress there, i actually just bought it for my sister, i think it's a great dress that could be used even after the baby comes!

maternity dress shopping is really hit or miss....
I found my shower dress (that I'll likely also wear to a wedding when Scone is 2 weeks old) at old navy... totally random return of an online item. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that dress... very flattering.
If I had to find another dress, I'd probably look at ann taylor online first (they tend to run a little large, so you may want to order 1 size smaller than usual). I'd also visit mimi maternity just to see if there's anything.

But to answer your question. I really lucked out. I got a nice simple black dress that wasnt too plain from destination maternity across from walt whitman mall. And it was only 20 bucks!
Oh I found it.. the price went up to 40.. when I got it it must have been on sale.. but it was too cute!

I just went to a wedding, and was looking for dresses. I have 2 more weddings coming up.
I bought this one at Ann Taylor Maternity. I didn't love the bow, but it's very comfy and light weight and flattering.
However, I didn't wear it yet b/c I wound up finding another black one at Motherhood Maternity. It was only $40 and it fit great. I love it! I will FM you a pic of the one from Motherhood Maternity. I don't know if I can still wear it when I get larger for my next 2 weddings, so I kept the backup Ann Taylor one just in case so I have two to choose from.
The Ann Taylor one was $40 and online now it's another 30% off.

Motherhood Maternity in Lake Grove (behind Smithaven Mall) has a bunch of dresses on sale. I got a cute one that I wore to a wedding this past Friday and will wear it to my future SIL's shower this weekend.
