Ok so I want to do WW online but...

What about weighing yourself? I mean I know you can use a scale if you have one but my question is are these digital scales accurate though? I have one at him and I have weighed myself on it and it gives me one weight and then minutes later it's giving me different numbers. I always step on the scale a couple of more times just to see if the same number comes up and sometimes it gives me different numbers.

So I don't know how much I should trust these scales...

What do you ladies think?

As long as you weigh yourself on the same day at the same time (every saturday at 10, or whatever) then you are fine.

And also on the same scale.... Different scales are calibrated differently. I used to do it online and was quick successful. I used to weigh in every Wed morning after a shower (buck nekkid).

I always used to be concerned about the shoes I wore to the meetings. You know, some weigh more than othersChat Icon

I don't think there is enough of a discrepancy to make a huge difference.

Re: Ok so I want to do WW online but...

oh--i also wanted to say that you can check it's accuracy by weighing a 5 lb weight or something before you weigh yourself. This way, you will know if it's off.

Great idea...

If it is off then what should I do? What if it's off by a pound or two. That pound or two can make a difference when weighing yourself you know... Chat Icon

Well, if it's off then you know how much and you could just add or subtract those pounds to make it what it should be.

truse me, I know how precious even 1/2 a lb can beChat Icon
