ok I know I am being paranoid LONG

but I have to ask. I am now 17w and at 14 and 15 weeks I felt little flutters down low that I think were the baby. For the past 2 weeks I havent felt anything at all. so that's reason #1 I am being paranoid that something is wrong.
#2 is that I feel like I am not getting any bigger belly-wise. I am plus size and carry alot of my weight in my stomach anyway but I feel like my lower stomach area is exactly the same as before I got pregnant..shouldn't that be the part that gets bigger???

I totally know I am being paranoid and you are all going to tell me not to worry. I cant help it though...My next appt is not until my Level II on 2/21 so I feel like I am going to be scared for the next 3 weeks!

when you start to feel flutters, you will not feel over the entire belly, you will only feel in certain areas. at beginning i only felt the very lower of my abdomen, now at 38 weeks I feel all over the place depending on were the baby is and what part he/she is moving.

2nd.. showing happens to all woman at different times. Some show right away, others may not show until late into the pregnancy. I wouldnt worry youll pop when its your time.

I think if something were really wrong you would know it. I am pretty sure after I felt my first flutter or 2 I didnt feel them again for a little either. Now at 23 weeks I feel them pretty much every day but that has only been for the past 2 weeks or so. and the getting bigger well, I don't think I really got so much bigger btwn. 14-18 weeks. For me I really started to notice things around 19 weeks. I am sure you are fine just try to relax! I know its hard!

Aw! I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry too much! Do you think it's possible that the flutters you felt back then weren't the baby, but something else going on in your stomach? I'm 16 weeks today and am pretty sure I haven't felt anything yet. But, everyone is different! You'll be fine as will the baby

I didn't feel the baby til later than a lot of people on here, and I thought something was wrong. I also was VERY slow to show-- you can see my pics in my album-- and I had a complex about it.

I can say that in due time (no pun intended) you will experience BOTH movement and a bigger belly... It's hard when people are posting and you are comparing yourself, but you just have to remember everyone is different AND every pregnancy is different. Hang in there!
