Do people just know? or am I paranoid?

ok so I feel like everyone around me suspects I'm pregnant. Here are just a couple examples:

I was at a shower this weekend and I wasn't drinking, but I was driving not only myself but my mom. During table conversation I mentioned seeing a commercial for pudding and remembered how my mom used to always make it for me and how I wanted some. That the commercial did it's job. All of a sudden 3 girls blurt out "is there something you aren't telling us." I also got an email today from another girl asking me why I wasn't drinking? I mean its a Saturday afternoon and I'm driving my mother - is it odd to not drink?

Then at work a girl said "you're glowing today, is there something you aren't telling us?" At lunch a different girl said "would you rather sit in a booth for back support?" What the heck are they all talking about.

I'm very hush hush about my personal life with these people and obviously at 7 weeks I'm not showing - I do have acne on my forehead (normally I have great skin) and I'm bloated, but that could just be weight gain. I'm always complaining about not going to the gym.

Has anyone else experienced it? How do you handle it? I feel horrible lying (like I'm jinxing myself), but I'm not ready to tell people yet.

the drinking part ..YES!!!! My family and friends know I always have a beer when we GTG, and when I wasnt they were suspicious

People may not know, but I wouldn't be surprised if they suspected. I just told my older dance students and they said they've suspected it for weeks. When I thought back, they had been asking lots of leading questions trying to get it out of me.

I think people who know you suspect something is up and are trying to getyou to confirm it.

When I first found out i was pg, i didn't even tell my mom, and she knew right away, there was just something off in my personality she told me, plus she noticed my body changing.

when we finally told them, her first words screamed were "I knew it!!!" "You were too quiet this weekend!!"

Most people suspected bc my chest got much bigger. You're not paranoid - they suspect you're pregnant and they're right.

IMO its easier to just tell people...it stops all of the guessing games...plus I had to say something bcuz I am always sick...you can use the "stomach bug" excuse just soooo many times!

People did that to me for years, and I was never pregnant! It would figure that when I finally was, no one even thought about it twice. Don't worry about keeping it secret still, that's your perogative.
