Ok, I..
just finished Day 2 week 1 of couch to 5k
Much better than yesterday, I actually ran the 8 intervals this time. Whoop Whoop!
It would be better if it were teeny tiny bit less cold out, at least then the sidewalks would not be icy and I could run on them as opposed to the road.
Just sharing again...if even just for me to document this
