Oh and was it bad for everyone? Super long and super crampy?
Mine seemed like it was bad- very heavy (sorry for the TMI)
Crampy - not so much - actually my cramps didn't feel as intense as the used to be.
I got mine Monday and by today it is MUCH lighter.

I am 11.5 weeks PP and I still have not gotten AF.   I am also BFing but I am supplementing with formula as well.
