Ok feedback please
I'm 12 dpo today, cd 33.
I had bad cramping yesterday that lasted for an hour maybe a bit less.
Today I had mild cramping again & brown discharge, not enough that I need a panty liner at all. Just saw it when I wiped (TMI)
I usually spot a few days before AF shows, but I don't get the cramping.
Right now I have very mild cramping...that comes and goes.
This am for the first time this month my BBT was 98.1. It never even went up past 97.8 when I ovulated.
I want to cave & test, but something is telling me we're out for this month.
Thoughts???

When is AF due? I would probably test tomorrow with FMU, but that's just me. Good luck!

My cycles vary every month, so I'm not sure. I do have an appointment Mon am with my RE to see if I am pregnant.
Not sure if he thinks AF will show by Mon, but he wanted to see me exactly 2 weeks after my last appointment - which was when I ovulated (he said I had ovulated within the last 24hrs at that appointment)

You temperature should be dropping with AF and yours is rising....that is a sign you still have progesterone in your system!!! I think you have a better chance of being in than out

Can you explain to me the whole BBT and pregnancy thing?? What are your temps supossed to be at the beginning of pregnancy. Im confused about all od this

personally, i would test. without actually seeing your chart, it sounds like you are seeing a triphasic temp rise. i personally would want to know and test before going to the dr., but since you already have an appt for monday if you want to hold out and not test it wouldnt be the worst thing in the world either.
as far as temps and early PG goes - some people see temps rise above what their post-O temps generally are. this is called a triphasic rise. however not everyone has them and you can have a triphasic rise and not be PG. the one thing about temps that does tip you off to having conceived is continued high temps. if your temps stay at your post-o levels past you normal LP and you dont get AF (or get reallly light AF) and its been 18 days since you O'ed, you are most likely PG. 18 days is the recommended amount of time past O before you would confirm PG via temping and thats when they recommend you test if you have no data on your LP.
