ok boo I feel a little guilty! halloween and abroad related
so, Luce was a peanut his first halloween and didn't dress up.
this year, his first official halloween, we'll be in MILANO!!
I didn't really think of it while planning the trip. and now it's set in stone.
in any event...should I still buy him a costume? does anyone know what is done in Italy in regards to Halloween etc?
I am sending an email to my cousin but figured I'd ask you all too. is it a regional thing?
I don't want to "rob" him of his 1st official halloween.  or me either. I am DYING to dress this kid up

If they don't celebrate it there, how about dressing him up and taking some pics anyway? Even if you do it before you go

Even if they don't "celebrate" Halloween in Italy I think you should still get him a costume and dress him up. Have your family buy some candy and let him go "trick or treating" room to room of the house. And take lots of pics. He will never know it wasn't the norm and he will still have hist "first" halloween.

I was in Italy for Halloween a few year back and there were some kids dressed up in costumes.
It's his first 'real' Halloween. You should definitely dress him up!

what a fun history.
so, this is fantastic. not only can I dress him up, but we can probably go to the Milan game while we are there, so we can dress him like the AC Milan Diavolito!!!!
