We have the Britax Marathon.
It's pricey but it has a higher weight threshold.

I love the Britax Marathon too.
ETA:
I have the Evenflo Triumph for my car and I love the Marathon a hundred times better!

evenflow triumph...low cost as compared to the britax and it got great safety reviews...I have been happy with it

Britax Decathlon in DH's car.
I bought 2. I will switch mine when he is too big for the infant carseat. That won't be too long.

Britax Roundabout, but haven't used it yet. Roundabout got rated better than more expensive Britaxs, but I have no actual experience with any of them!!

We just bought the Britax Roundabout. We didn't get the larger ones because they would not have fit in my car. (I drive a Jetta.) So my advise is to just make sure the carseat fits in your car (in addition to being safe, etc...)

I have 2 marathons-LOVE EM!
They do take up some room when they are rear facing (the seat they are behind might have to be put up a little bit, but when you switch up to forward, they are perfect.

We got the roundabout for both cars. It fits perfect. The Marathon would have been to big for my accord but we probably should have got one for the Camry- it would have fit there.

A Britax is expensive. A Cheaper and just as safe alternative would be the Triumph (big carseat though) or a Graco Comforsport.

I have a Britax Marathon and the Evenflo Triumph. I love the Britax and it looks so comfy but the Triumph looks really comfy too. If $$$ is a factor, I would get the Evenflo carseat.
