Oil Prices?
Anyone shopping around recently and get some prices? My contract is up the beginning of March and I assume I'll be shopping around again. TIA

I just got slomins..I shopped around...they were the lowest at 3.19..sucks!

i just called slomins and their fixed was 3.24 today petro ceiling was 4.17 today

That is laughable. Who is going to agree on a 4.17 ceiling with anybody?
You agree to that, you get one price today, tomorrow the price jumps up to the ceiling price.
I would never negotiate with a ceiling. Either lock me in or i'll do COD and pay for a service contract with another company.

Meli - I'm with Slomins now locked in at $2.69. I doubt they'll give me a good price like that again because I won't be a new customer. I had Meenan last year and they alreay called me to see if I'll come back. Didn't ask for a price yet tho b/c my contract with Slomin's is in eff until 3/14 - I thought it was sooner. Oh well! Hopefully the prices will be better in a month!

Ask Slomins if they have a web/email deal! That's what worked for us a few weeks ago as they had a deal only available via email and we locked in at 3.089.
