oh feet..where art thou??
THE SWELLING TODAY IS SO BAD. Never have i seen this before. the past few weeks just a little swelling in the ankles as it got hotter. but holy crap..today i got herman munster feet.
does soaking in ice help this? or is this just water retention??

I've had swelling for weeks. Dr. says to keep them elevated with ice packs. it works.

Mine were terrible last night & were hurting me.
I soaked a hand towel in cold water. Elevated my feet and put the towel over them. They felt better and looked better after about 20 minutes.

Last night was the worst! Even DH said they looked like tree trunks and the skin was so tight it burned to walk on them. The swelling has been especially bad the last 4 weeks. It's a little better today, probably because i have had them up above my head on a couch cushion for the last 4 hours!

This last week my feet really swelled up...NEVER had this before..it worries me a little!

My feet and ankles are bad too. This morning I couldn't even close my fingers into a fist, the swelling was so bad.
At night I sit in the recliner and put ice packs on my ankles. They feel a bit better, but they really don't look any less swollen after.
I made the mistake of wearing capris today, and I'm embarrassed with how my ankles look.
