Officially on this board and have a question!
Hi! I posted a few months that in September we were going to start TTC #2. I am finishing the last week of my BCP and I want to start charting and using an OPK. When does CD1 usually start? I finish the pack on Saturday and usually AF comes either Monday or Tuesday. I am assuming CD1 is when AF comes without spotting...is that right? I am a little rusty  Anyway, I will be using the CBEFM...it worked the last time so I hope that it helps this time as well!

CD1 is the first day that you have to wear something, either a tampon or pad. First day of FULL FLOW...
