Back on the WW wagon.
I still have an annoying 5lbs of baby weight, plus some from before. Ok, plus a LOT from before.
I'm following online for the first time.
I find posting here keeps me honest.

I'm up 1.8 but I was expecting it. I went off last week because my company brought lunch in all week and we had a party, plus I was sick. I'm back on full force this week so hopefully I can lose what I gained, plus some.
Everyone else is doing so well! Keep it up!

I'm down 2 full pounds! 
New total - down 7.5 lbs total, and 5 lbs this month.
I started setting mini goals of 5 lbs per month. If I can keep that up I would be at 60 lbs lost in 1 year!!!!!!

I'm still in good shape as far as my goal goes, which is good. It was my first week on maintenance and I added the 4 pts. to my daily target. So, this week I will try adding just 2 points.
On another note: Anyone get the "Shot in the Arm" book? I got it and love it!!! Everyone was raving about it so I figured I should get it and I read the first few 'shots.' I had to put it down because it's supposed to be a 'daily dose'. OOps, guess I have to skip a few days.
ETS: Actually, it was my first TWO weeks on maintenance since I didn't WI last week.

Try not to look at how far you have to go! Just get yourself from one week to the next!

I missed weigh in last week because we had an ice storm- so I'm not sure what the *break down* is- but I lost 5.2 pounds in 2 weeks! My total so far in 3 weeks OP is 9 pounds!!!
I am so happy!!!
THIS weekend is going to be so difficult to stay OP though. We are baptizing our baby and both families will be in town which means lots of food and drinks.
Here's to a great OP week for everyone!!!!

I haven't been to WW since December 9! And as expected, I gained 2.6 pounds. For 2 months of not going I don't think that is so bad. I am still down 14 overall! I have a lot more to go, but I need to stay on track!
