I stayed the same this week. I was disappointed, I stayed on program.
I know I really HAVE to start excersising to see the results I want. Hopefully next week will be better.

Down 1 lb this week for a total of 30lbs!!! I really am so excited I am so close to my goal and I cannot believe that I am down 30 lbs that seemed such a long way when I first rejoined!

I joined WW in 2008, i had lost 10 pds on my own and then decided to join, I lost 47 pds in 6 months hitting my goal and now I continue to be on maintenance and get weighed once a month.

Hi Everyone! I am back on WW. I've been on Atkins for the last 6 months and lost a total of 26 pounds. I went on vacation and gained about 8 back. I started WW again last Tuesday and lost 5 pounds by Friday.
I was on WW all before my wedding and lost 32 pounds. I fell off the wagon after the wedding and couldn't get back on. I tried Atkins to give myself a boost. But I must admit that I love WW. It is so much easier to commit to and stick with.
I will stick with the program but not go to meetings (for now). I will see how it goes for the next few months. If I find that I need help, I will go back.

Last night I was down 2.6 bringing my total to 8.6.
I feel like it's going slow but I'm staying focused.
