What I notice is EWCm appears 3-5 days before and I have cramps on my left side (i only have a left ovary) like 1-2 days before

AF type of cramps, not as severe

I get EWCM about 3-5 days before and cramping lately on my left ovary the last four months. It feels like a quick stabbing pain. God I hate it.
