I screwed up my CBEFM this cycle bc last cycle I got stuck traveling and didnt bring enough sticks. Normally I O at CD19 and on CD19 I was cramping. Im on CD 22 now but CBEFM still has me at high fertility not peak yet. I've been at high fertility for 3 days now. No more EWCM either.

I always had O cramping. It was usually the day before and sometimes day of. But everyone is different!
