NYS criminal court website question
I'm not sure if it's possible but I was following a case on the criminal court website as a public user. Now (after the defendants last appearance date) it seems the information isn't available. I was wondering what the outcome was and if the defendant was sentenced or if the charges were dropped. Is there any way I can find out as a public user?

Unfortunately webcrims only gives future court dates, so if there are no new hearings coming up you won't find anything online. If they were sentenced to jail time and have begun serving you could find that on Vine Link. It will tell you which prison they're in and expected release date, if known.
You could try calling the clerks office to find out. Depending on who answers you may be able to get an update on what happened.
